  • Hey make a video that you tell about signs when riding.

Like almost at the end of the video, the guy in front of you took out his arm when another bike was going the other way an he did the same thing.

  • I myself live near Cleveland, and that was a great way to end the video.

  • i guess i got it easy. here all we have to take is a written test and if you pass you get your motorcycle license, no need to take a course or anything

  • what do i need to do in UK wether to get the license when im 16 heeeeeeeeellllllpppppppppppp

  • how old do u have to be to get a motercycle lisence???

  • @Soooo19 depending on which state you're in. Just check with your DMV web site.

  • its a lot easier that where i come from. dont think you can get good bikers

  • I reside in Cali. I went ahead and got me a Yamaha Zuma125, went to the DMV and got me a Motorcycle handbook, went through the entire book, set an appointment foe the written test which I passed on 7/7/10 and been riding for the past 10 months with just the permit. I didn't took any riding course, but decided to set an appointment to take the riding test anyway and I've passed on 5/2/11. And I just got my CM1 license in the mail box 2 days ago.

  • @mysteakhouse whats the riding course like cuz i wanna get a motorcycle but the thing is ive never rode b4

  • @daviong03 I never took a riding course, what I did was I go ahead and get my permit and got my Zuma125 insured and I'd rode for 10 months with just the permit, cause you have 1 yr to take your license or your permit will expired from the date you'd passed the written test, here's the trick, the riding (license) test will be "easy" if you take the test with an automatic trans scooter, it works for me. Good luck.

  • @daviong03 And from what I understand is that an endorsment is that the DMV could waive the riding test and you could get some discount on your insurance, but paying $2-3 hundred for the riding course is just a little steep for some of us and anyway, I don't have the time to go to a riding course . In the end, my unendorse license work just as well.

  • @mysteakhouse well if your in the military the class is free, but u could take the class on the weekend for cheaper. also you could check a dealership, some of them offer the class and it will be a discount if u buy a bike from them. I took mines with the army last month for FREE!!! thank GOD for the army

  • damn, the safety course i took here in new york was like 300 bucks. And the entire time every one was calling me kid and junior because im only 16

  • How old do you have to be for a temporary learner's pemit and is this in every state?

  • @Xcelld Nope your right I agree 100%

  • is that route 65 up by perrysburgh?

  • In australia, you have to take a motorbike competency test which is pass/fail criteria. Once you pass that, you receive a certificate that states you are able to go for your learners licence which is a written test. Once you pass both of those you are given are learners licence which you cannot exceed 80km/h, have a passenger, and ride in a certain park which people walk through but has bike tracks and the bike has to be under 250cc, helmet has to be approved by certain standards.

  • It is super easy here in Alberta, Canada. You can start riding at the age of 14 once you get your learners permit for operating a motor vehicle, you just have to have a licensed rider following you or on the bike with you. As far as I know there is no size restriction, or where you can drive, but only allowed to drive during daylight hours. Then once your 16 you can get your motorcycle license, even before your car license if you want. It is very lax her for getting your license.

  • hey horsefly87 can you help me i want to get my motorcycle permit but people are saying that its not possible to drive a 600cc motorcycle with a permit until you18 i live in san jose california i need help asap

  • "i ride for pleasure" hahahaha

  • xzc Zcv

  • you get extra points for using the word "appendages"

  • when you get your license.... do you have to ride with a group?

  • Wtf, at 3:00 he said buying a motorcycle would be the best thing of our lives, then in the suggestions box he has a video titled "Why You Shouldn't Buy a Motorcycle", and under that he has ANOTHER video titled "Top 5 Reasons You SHOULD Own a Motorcycle", mixed feelings much, lol?

  • Comment removed

  • also... I want to buy a brand new 2008 gsxr 600.... is it better to save or make the $9,399 and pay upfront, or is it better to get a loan? What states dont have endorsment?

  • how old do u have to be to get ur permit in nj?

  • I know in Texas you are restricted to a 250 while ur 15.

  • Its sad when someone doesn't understand when you say "young grass hopper" but they do understand when you say "young padawan" if thats how you spell it anyway

  • same in wyoming imma bout to do the motorcycle saftey test thing not the road test the other one anytips?

  • wats a good way to get 50 hours of riding for my permit because idk anyone that has a license besides my dad and hes always at work. i live in PA

  • I could ride a bicycle to Cedar Point I live to close I can see it from my front porch :P How old do you have to be to get your permit? (Bikers)

  • $25 bucks!

the classes I signed up for is costing me almost $200!!!!!!!!!!

  • how old can u be toget your learners permit?im only 15 and im thinking about getting a motorcycle

  • buckyeye's

  • Damn right! Buying a bike was the best thing I ever did! :)

  • almost the same thing here in Maine. three day motorcycle course, wahlah, motorcycle endorsement(if you pass the class). only difference is, you dont need a permit for the class. you go in, first day is class time. writen test. second day, practice runs. third day, course trials. if you dont pass either the writen part or the course trials, you still come out with your permit. then youd have to send in for a "road test" through the state.

  • lol u cool man

  • how did you film this?

  • I really would like to get my first motorcycle (was thinking Ninja 600) and I love your vids since they are so informative. Thanks a lot.

  • Yeah it's the same in Pennsylvania... I'm not sure what the restrictions are for riding on your permit, but if you take the MSF course (and pass), you don't have to take a road test through the DMV to get your license.

  • so how aften do u ride? like every day or once or twice a week?

  • @Xcelld im from florida and i dont know nothing bout bikes but would like to learn and get me a license and a nice bike how should i start?

  • thinking about getting a bike. dont have any experience but i know someone who does and im working on educating myself. i want to get my permit but should i start looking at a bike before or after? also do you you use your bike for primary transportation?

  • i know you live somewhere in my general area so i dunno how you forgot cedar point. that is unless u dont like roller coasters lol

  • DUH!!! How could I, cedar point is AMAZING!!!! lol.... AHHHH... thanks!!!!

  • Thanks for sharing .. interesting stuff.

    5/5

  • in western australia we have to b 16 do a theory test to get learners permit but we cannot ride bike without supervisor

  • Im from jersey but i have been to Ohio several times and i know for a fact Ohio has some of the BEST STRIP CLUBS in the country!!!

  • great vid but lemme get this straight, I gotta go to the DMV, take the written test and get my permit.......then I gotta buy a motorcycle and drive to the motorcycle safety foundation place without knowing how to drive one? soo....would I have to teach myself to drive one before I take the lessons? plz help, thx..

also, can I buy a motorcycle with just a permit?

  • do you know what the road tests are in ohio you have to take? like i know you have to swerve between cones, do a u turn and a braking thing. do you know what else you have to do or is that it? cause i live in columbus, but i can't really find it or i'm just not looking hard enough haha so i thought i'd just ask you since you're in ohio.

  • I don't know exactly, but i think there is a cone weave, abrupt stop, and a figure 8.

  • @SaacAttack90 look in your book you get from the dmv it shows all the test well at least mine did

  • The Girl Should get a bike to

  • who is your daddy and what does he do what dose he do

  • he do your motha

  • @thehorsefly87 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • have u ever redlined ur bike? reason y i ask is u seem like a very safe rider which is totally awesome :) much respect i cant control my self to stay under 14grand Lol

  • ya, plenty of times, but I try not to when Im riding with other people for my safety and theres.

  • why do you all wave to other motorcyclist with your hand down?

  • your bike needs to be louder man. needs better tone

  • i go to ohio every 2 years....only because i have family there lol...what part are you from?

  • near toledo

  • where in ohio did u take ur MSF course for $25 ?....

  • I live n syracuse

  • 25$!! Wow when I was looking localy I was getting numbers around 300!

  • do u live in massachusetts?

  • 0:02 "So here in Ohio..."

    I don't think so.

  • haha, think he was talkin to takelife2theextreme... lol

  • Maybe... I couldn't really tell. I wish the replies were indented or something so you know who's talking to who. :/

  • yo thats a nice blue ZX 14

  • im from AZ and i took the course at the college here, and it was about $200 :O!

but it was easy so all i had to do at the mvd was pay for the License.

  • I am not sure if you mentioned it in your video but, you can get the motorcycle learner's permit at 15 and a half right? and i am from ohio too :)

  • =/...

  • for me (in NY), i had to take a written test for my permit, that allowed me to ride within a quarter mile of another licensed rider who is 21 or older, then you can either take the road test, or do the MSF course ($275) which for me is 6 days, and you take another written test, and a "skills evaluation" but they teach you a lot of really useful stuff. then you get your license.

  • quick question, can you buy and register a bike with only a permit?

  • i bought by bike without a permit & a license... its just a purchase, they could care less of you have a license for it, just like buying a car, if you want a car and have the cash, they don't care if you have a license.

  • Thanks Man.

  • i actually have 3 other questions if you have the time. sorry about this. but no one can answer my question straight forward and i don't wanna sound like an idiot when i go to the dealership. lol

did you pay full or are you paying monthly fees?

do they offer insurance while you were there?

and how are you paying for it? cash? or credit? or a loan?

  • i am paying monthly for my bike... I put some cash down though so my payments would be reasonable.... they don't offer ins from the dealership... I am paying for my bike with my cash... i hope thats what you needed... Thanks bud.

  • that was perfect. thanks a lot for the help!

  • U Seem Cool As Shit Bro Ain't Nothing Like Riding On A Nice Day.!

  • I was working in the Toledo area, a few months ago for about 3 weeks. There are some nice parks there near the lake and along the river, which I can't think of the name of to save my life.

Downtown Toledo not so much though.

  • Here in N.Y. the MSF class is three days and costs 275.00 and it's full right now. I can travel to Syracuse to take it but I would need to take vacation from work.

  • $25 for MSF?!? Mine costs me $175 (plus tax). The only restriction on our permits here in NC is no passenger. Finally taking MSF at the end of August and had my permit since January when I got my bike but never had time until now

  • awesome!

  • Ohio's got LeBron. And now Shaq : - /

Yep never mind lol. Cool vid though.

  • I need to hire you to write hilarious comments on all my vids...lol... I've got 2 more from this series that I'm gonna upload. I edited them today but just wait a few days between uploads.

  • Nice group ride!!! I can't wait to go on some!!!!!!! AHH!!!!

And here in Texas.... everything is easy to get.... including big guns =o

  • its about 600 euro's here in belgium for the licence.

  • here in montreal it takes thousands of dollars and several years before you get a full motorcycle license.. it is ridiculous. the insurance for someone of my age (20) costs around 4000 dollars for 5-6 months and the plate costs 1200 dollars.. all that is for a sport bike between 600cc and 1000cc.. and of course the motorcycle school is mandatory.. its all elaborated like that so the CAA (the smart asses that run all that) can make a shitload of money..
