This will not work..

It is the exact same thing as taking a pair of pliers and pulling the pimple off, it will cause scarring.

The best solution is to rub hot salt water into the pimple, the hot water will open the pores, and the salt will suck the pimple dry.

It's more of a science experiment, but it works!
