I know I'm trolln' but in high school I was a big comic book nerd and all my friends were into drawing comic books. We loved certain artists and anime a little too but only good classics like akira and fist of the north star and vampire hunter d. That being said, we did NOT like Batman the animated series. It was just so lame, the drawing style is so overrated - just undetailed crap. I guess we wanted it to be like Frank Miller's Batman and it was just the furthest thing from that.
killer croc is actually well known but mostly because of this cartoon and can you imagine Harley Quinn was born out of this cartoon ! thats frickin' amazing and all the batman comic fans like me should thank this show for her she made the comics better as well :D

Considering the fact that at the time, The Joker wasn't really the Dark figure he is right now.
What do you think about The Star Wars The Clone Wars series. Not the first one with the cheesy japanamation type animation, but the latter one that has the more realistic animation? I would be interested in hearing your view on that if you have one. Thanks.

I don't watch Powerpuff girls...so I guess we are referring to the same narrarator (I'll have to check it out---my daughter used to watch that...but nevermind that). Your response surprises me. Yes, some of the new characters are crappy..I will have to check the old one again. Thnx
well look, if you didn't buy the old one I could respect that. It wasn't perfect. I enjoyed it though. The new one on the other hand is some of the worst television i've ever seen. Am I to understand that you actually PREFER that animation? looks like the kind of thing they were trying to move past when I was a kid. everyone looks made of legos and their facial features are exaggerated in the corniest possible way.
it was funny how u were talking about how awesome the opening title is while it was running so we could hardly hear what u actually say. i would've done the same coz it's so badass
its a series that manages to get an incredible amount of realism and charm.the only other cartoon thats done that is surprisingly spectacular spiderman

The Ideal Spider man cartoon will mix the action, content & substance of "The Spiderman the new Animated Series" (the skinny spiderman in 3D) and the physique of the original Spiderman from the original Animated animated series and both series stories.

A lot of people think Superman: The Animated Series had better animation than Batman: The Animated Series but when Batman was on Fox Kids most of the animation was done by an animation studio that went out of business soon afterward. Most of the animation on Superman was done TMS that's why it looked so fluid and crisp.
@SilentMagician7 I wouldn't say that. It has some decent moral messages for kids. A lot of the characters have unique personalities that are very memorable too.
the thing thats ggreat about it is that adults can watch it to its cleverly got parts that are realistic and very adult like like blood or great explosions i mean theres no aliens or stupid storys its dark and violent its great story telling i love it i have been watching since i was kid and i have started to collect the volumes best cartoon ever
