  • The local Stop and Shop has 4 foot high Carolina raspberry plants with red raspberries on the for $16.99m. It's midsummer. Would/Could the raspberry plants survive a midsummer planting in CT and would I really have to cut them down by 3 feet? Thank you.

  • @marieatthelake i think you could plant them and then cut them back in late fall, early winter. they'll grow back in the spring just fine.
