So my team mate raul7wade3 just told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but jumps over 8 inches taller! What he followed the program over at "50-inch-vertical(dot)com" and gained over 15 inches in his vertical jump!
raul7wade3 this vid is the *, that's why I watch NBA perhaps even though it has its flaws. I am following this workout program that's utilized even by NBA players - | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | - already I'm jumping better and dominating on the court!
raul7wade3 I m simply a 5'6 black dude and I am able to dunk in live games. Anybody can certainly do it, you just need to follow the right training program. I personally used the 1 over at 50inch vertical[dot]com but just about any training workout is good if they work that is... lol
Besides Lebron isn't even the best player in the NBA today. Kobe is much, much more accomplished; fundamentally sound; smarter & experienced; and not to mention more complete as an individual player.
And in no way is he more of a legend than Dr. J at this point in time. He has been in the league for only 7 years and he is still 'ringless!' lol...He hasn't even won a Finals game for that matter. Surely, at the end of his career he will go down as a better player, and possibly even a greater legend-but certainly not now! And neither is his game flawless. He still lacks a mid-range game & a post-game, and is a mediocre on-ball defender.
lebron's body is like bionic, but his mind needs to grow up.his having fun and dancing on the court is never a proper attitude, when lebron said he dosn't deserve mj's #23 and will change to Dr.J's #6,somehow humiliated DR.J rather than respect him.
haters will always find something to hate on....why is this a new topic for discussion... wasnt he doing the same shit last year...i think the haters need to grow up and get a life....lebron must be that flawless with his game that people are now talking about flaws in his personality....how did he humiliate dr. j? dr. j should be honored...lebron is already a greater legend than dr. j....
yes,dr.j should be honored,so his #6 should be retired too, that's wat i was saying...and i'm not a lebron hater,i think he 's the best...what i meant was lebron should've think about dr.j's feeling if he really want to respect dr.j.....
why should dr. j's number be retired? were talking about the number 23 being retired because the GOAT carried that number throughout his career...dr. j, magic johnson, larry bird, none of those players or any player is on the same level as MJ the GOAT...dr. j wasnt good enough to earn this kind of respect.....
@ kingjamessolja: I think you're kinda missing the point. I thik julius0928 was just saying was saying that it was being inconsiderate of Dr. J's accomplishments. What gives Lebron the right to say, "If I can't wear #23, no one should be able to!" Obviously MJ was a better overall player than MJ, but without Dr. J, there is no MJ. With the amazing athleticism, flashy play, and high flying dunks: Dr. J was MJ before MJ was MJ! lol...
dr. j is no where near being the GOAT...lebron is greater than dr. j was already so dr. j should be honored...its only lebron and jordan....thats it...everybody else are subjects of their kingdom...
@kingjamessolja: I never said Dr. J was the GOAT, but it is absolutely foolish to say Lebron (who has thus far accomplished virtually nothing in comparison to Dr. J) is greater at this point than Dr. J. Like I said, he will go down as a greater player--he's just not better now. And would you listen to yourself? "Lebron & MJ and then everybody else.." You're comparing Lebron to a 6 time champion, 10 time scoring champ, and 5 time MVP.
lebron is greater than dr. j in that he has everything he has except for a dunk contest trophy...lebrons stats are greater than dr. j...therefore making him greater....yeah im comparing lebron and jordan cuz when its all said and done it will only be lebron and jordan...understand? lebrons career is not even half way started...just wait...k...i mean i dont even know how you dont see it happening already...lebron is the greatest talent to ever touch a ball...the rest just has to happen...

a more experienced, accomplished, fundamentally sound rapist he maybe, but a better basketball player than LeBron he is not.

Y do people always have 2 pull the "rapist" card? If u think Lebron is better that's ur opinion, but personal insults r quite childish.

I meant to say " Obviously MJ was a better overall player than Dr. J"..
