@dawnieh100 Yeah I'm new! But after posting that comment yesterday I did a little research and found out the status of the fan translations and whatever. It's a real pity the Wii won't have an English version/patch

@Matukanyuni yeah, it sucks, im playing it regardless but am finding it pretty hard to navigate the game without knowing where they are telling me to go next, its definatly not the most enjoyable way to play the game

@dawnieh100 Damn. I think everybody wishes that that team would release their English patch since it's almost fully complete. I can understand their reasons for not doing it (so that people will buy the localized PS3 version and hence support the company) but still... I can imagine it being very hard to enjoy especially since with RPGs the story is the most important thing and most of the time for playing is spent reading!

I saw the thread on the namco site, though it hasn't been touched in months. I'm a bit worried you might have given up due to another group almost being finished ,_, or is the .8 and .4 version a 100% or "working version" (Main script translated, items, important stuff, minor stuff might not be...)?

@dermils No, they never released it. Namco is officially localizing the game, so they stopped all work on the patch and aren't releasing it.

@Crevox at tales of graces dot com they're making a full translation of the game. but they're only doing it for riivolution, so only ppl with retail copies can get the translation. But when it comes out can you guys make a .dol vrsn of the translation.

Also I cant seem to get the dol to work, my usb config says dol not found when i try

@gmoney101392 The game's full translation (story and all) comes across many different files. Riivolution is a lot easier way to accomplish this, but it can also be done with a patch file over the ISO I assume.

Buuut, basically you're asking me to make sure that the people that pirated their game can use the patch, which is something I simply can't do. :(

Nice job, but using both Localized Names and Romanji seems to be a little.... inconsistent. Perhaps one version using Localized Names and another Patch for Romanji?

@Lyrrad The localization of the artes simply isn't done yet, which explains the odd mix. :) I do intend to have two versions in the future, but currently my priority is getting the rest of the menus and stuff translated (and I every time I release a new patch, which is nearly daily, I don't want to release 2 versions).

Crevox you are really awesome excellent work, but when you enter in the colisseum 5:39 the Grape Gel is perfect but the syrup bottle and the hourglass go out of the mark... (seryously i came to think that you was going to put gummy and not gel, i prefer gel than gummy really. Good job, but there are some A attacks of Asbel that i really don't like, like ressenkohuo or something like that xDDD you put it like feral vigor, right? Doesn't it will be better if you put Beast? or Feral Beast? thanks.

@StahnAileron1995 Yeah, I actually found out about the Syrup Bottle and Hourglass while recording... I already fixed it for next release. :)

Asbel's "Feral Vigor" actually isn't beast, it's a different ability which requires a different translation. Sophie actually knows Beast and it was translated to Beast as it should be.
