for the backpack thing if u got a upgrade on your backpack already you cant do this you need to have no backpack upgrades when you do this

no you can't get caught because they wont check your save game for mods or anything like that so its completely safe. The level can be modded all the way to 255

even if u on live and dont they usually check the save because thats what i heard because i read the back on the hand book and it said if they catch u they will sue you for 150,000
