  • I need to go to Hecht's and pick up my tickets!!!

  • this is back in day when we had the 301 area code! classic!

  • damnit if only Crocket would have handled his money better, real wrestling would have survived and we wouldn't be stuck with this sports entertainment horseshit! Folks forget behind the horsemen and the Warrios the crockets were making money hand over fist at this time....and it was a much better product

  • Todd Champion? AKA the dude from WCW Special Forces?

  • I need a hot tub time machine to go back to 1986.. The good old days....

  • I miss these days!!!!

  • Listen to Tony read off those matches! Schivone was one of the most underated commentators ever! I know he didn't aspire to live his sports broadcasting dream around the squared circle, but he never let that keep him from doing his best. He deserves to be in the hall of fame just for tolerating all those nicknames Jimmy Valiant used to give him.

  • Who won that Misty Blue vs. Linda Dallas battle for it all? I stay up nights wonderin.

  • Well I don't see this in the comments so let me do it.. Woooooooooooooooooooo

  • I would like to see these old shows in a theatre on a big screen. Flair should be made into a bio documentary similar to Nixon or Macolm X.

  • 1986 was a good year.

  • Thunderbutt #1 and #2? Ron Gervin? I know Tony was talking like the micro-machine man, but c'mon...

  • @shootbinary The Thunderbutts were the greatest tag team of my generation.

  • I absolutely LOVED going to the Civic Center/Arena to watch the NWA matches... Ric Flair and the Horsemen were always the wrestlers we loved to hate!! Ronnie Garvin was the MAN in B-More too, along with the Road Warriors!

  • The Horsemen were the greatest

  • Maryland Waterbeds?? Where in the hell were those @?

  • I love how this promo is basically "hey you got a big pop when ou had the belt but now i have it bitch"

  • OMG! Tully, Arn, and Ric. . . GREATNESS! Nobody does it like Flair

  • Here is all you need to know, you can buy tickets at Hechts, and Marlyland Waterbeds.

  • Dude. I love it!!!! I am from Baltimore. cool stuff

  • Back when house shows meant something. . .

  • legend roll call.

  • Those were the days!!!

  • how i miss everything about these days. even the house show spots like this is 10x better than the match of the year of today. i miss the old nwa.

  • tony sounds like a horse race announcer

  • I seems to have trouble listening to what he have to say.

I believes I ain't for horse racing LOLX

  • WHOOOOOOOOOOO!!! dirtiest player in the game!!

  • Wrestling at it's greatest era!

  • now thats real rasslin wooooooooooo

  • FLAIR !! to be the the man you have to beat the MAN !!

  • damn i miss those days!

  • BARON VON RASKE ...oh my god was he funny

  • This is how wrestler's made money before the era of guaranteed contracts.

You cut good promos to boost ticket sales, thus making more money for the company, thus making more money for you. Wrestling died when the NWA died, had an adrenaline shot in the late 90s, then flatlined forever.

  • Flair pinned Dusty in the match.

  • woooooooooooooo !

  • I'm not really a fan of these guys much, but damn you gotta admit how much they just OWN by watching their promos.

  • The thunderFOOTS!?

  • Those were the days people!

  • Even the seemingly weak National Championship had prestige back then. Who in the hell is the IC champ these days? Nobody Cares!

  • Damn right no one cares. I remember the days being IC Champion meant something but now... the title is no more then a accessory.

  • The Four Horsemen = Wrestling's BEST team!!!

  • Woooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!

  • Wooooooooooooooooo!!!

  • september 6th I'LL BE THERE GOT MY TICKETS TODAY BABY

  • I just got my HORSEMEN AUTOGRAPHED PICTURE COMPLETE with all the AUTOGRAPHS of tully, jj dillion, ric, arn and ole. Check out my videos.

I also got TULLY (my favorite horsemen) to sign my wwe world title belt along with bob backlund and john cena.

  • The Warlord against Thunderbunch #'s 1 and 2. I bet the Warlord lost that match.

  • I liked how they did this. Tully walks in from Tony's left, then Arn comes in from the right, then back from the left comes Flair. Great stuff

  • Why cant we have awesome promos like this today?? Fucking kids and WWE!! Wrestling died a long time ago... Today all we have is crappy childish bullshit and teenagers boring storylines!!! Spinner belts and hookers slutty pornstars divas wannabee... Fuck todays wreslting!!! Long live the Horsemen!!! Ah... and fuck Cena, Batista, Maria and all those untalented models!!!! Fuck yall!!!

  • You said it perfcetly.

  • They are masters of the promo.

  • i need tully's suit

  • Tully`s suit isn`t bad looking, but i`d much rather have Slick Ric`s.

  • God, i cant wait for September 6th!!!

  • I would go to this card RIGHT NOW, never mind twenty-two years ago!

  • haha, this was back when all had southern accents. good classic shit.

  • Wow memeries now it's called the baltimore arena,I was 15 watching NWA OR AWA I miss the old days.

  • Wow, 301 prefix for phone numbers, that was a long time ago here in Baltimore!

This was just before I got into NWA wrestling, but they came to the arean/civic center 1000s of times ... like twice a month some years.

  • Why weren't Thunderfoot one and two known as the Thunderfeet?

  • 4 Horsemen rule! Check out The Enforcer on German TV at youtube com/watch?v=_AfbC7sstwU . Rare footage WCW 90's.

  • What an amazing profession. I grow up in Baltimore. I loved that stuff especially NWA. cutting edge, made WWE what it is today.....

  • back when wrestling was soo fun to watch....

  • damn tony schivone tryin' to be a micro machine man

  • The Four Horsemen STILL rule professional wrestling.

  • what year did this promo happen? '86?

  • "What is this, a roll call of champions?"

Only a great heel can pull that one off.

  • I find it really funny considering who his friends are that Arn was always willing to take a back seat to Ric Flair. I think Arn was about this business more than he was about himself you don't see that anymore. Amen Arn had tons of lines like that and only he could pull them off.

  • Ric Flair rules..greatest champ ever

  • Arn Anderson: Best Promos ever.

  • YOU!

    CAN GO TO HELL.

  • yeah man... we liked WWF but we LOVED the NWA.

  • Baltimore,MD; North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina was and STILL IS N.W.A. Mid-Atlantic Wrestling country.

  • I went there that was a great show. Baltimore was NWA country.

  • North Carolina & Roanoke Virginia Were NWA Country too.

  • some good stuff.
