Well, there are no social constructs under international law.
When China floods Tibet with millions of Chinese in an effort to wipe the Tibetans out, nobody says "oh sorry, but Tibetans do not exist. We are all human and race is a social construct."
You only tell white children in white countries that they are a social construct in order to flood them
and blend them out of existence.
