I wouldn't just use salty water, I would try not to use salt water at all, because the "salt water" the piercer refers to isn't just your regular salt mixed with water. Try to use mouthwash instead. I used listerine. At first I used the plain (the yellow kind) then after about four or five days I switched to the blue listerine because I couldn't take the taste, lol. By ice it I mean try to suck on ice chips, or I got the plastic ice cubes that you can refreeze and just held them in my mouth.
I think I may make a new video thats a little clearer and easier to see and hear, since this one isn't the best quality. Also, if you ever feel like something isn't as it should be, always go back to your piercer. A good professional should be willing to work with you and help you until your all healed up. I Got Mine Done Yesterday ;D And now im talking with horrible lisp. i didnt bleed at all either, and i didnt even feel it =D i feel it a bit now though...i didnt know about the not talking a lot... XD but yeah...your looks soo pretty ;D
eat soap? i hope you mean like gargle listerine, lol. Just remember to rinse with antiseptic after you eat or drink anything that isnt water. i was swelled for about a week or so.
swellinggg :X , made it yesterday and its hurting a lot , i just eat soap , ice creams , drink some water with salt , and have cubes of ice on my mouth , i hope it passes tomorrow , i am really annoyed , cant eat :X
did you have any issues with infection? or did the sea salt stuff and listerine work fine?...also they say to rinse after you eat or drink something other than water...do you really have to do that lol?
I didn't have any problems with infection. I had some swelling because I didn't ice it like I should have. The only thing I used was listerine and yeah you should wash your mouth out after you eat anything or drink anything that isn't water! ^.^ Are you getting yours done? Good luck!

Im bit too young, but im planning to get one in a couple years. so just use regular mouthwash? and ill tape my mouth shut when i sleep:)
