Most parts of croatia has NO RUNNING WATER or ELECTRICITY, Hospitals are under staffed and stocked having little or NO blood or medicine reserves. The attitude of doctors/nurses/police... well, basicaly everybody in croatia is `What can I get out of it`? You are extorted for bribes at EVERY STEP. Even a emergency doctor WILL NOT HELP unless he knows he will get a few €... SCARY... croatia in 2012...
