Hi! I love your videos! :) I was just wondering though, how many days a week do you work out and for how long usually? Is it best to mix up my exercises or should I focus on
One area every time I work out? Also can you do a diet or nutrition video? Thank you!
So what do you suggest I do for lighter weight without having to buy them.
Also do you have or do you think you could post a video on just working out the abdominal area I'm really trying to loose that muffin top and love handles.
And I know you have one love handle work out but are there any other one you have?
Bytheway I love your workouts I actually feel them the next day!
I like how you explain everything, I recently started, one question, is it normal to feel pain your front leg above the knee, omg,I never done this. But I feel it more when I squat down

Well as of right now I only have 8 pounds.

Yes, you can do this workout without weights but by adding weights you will increase the intensity of the workout and burn more fat.

Quick question say I don't have weight could I still get the same result just doing the exercise twice without weights?

@menjivar777 Make sure when you squat your knees are not in front of your toes. Also warm up and stretch before and after your workout.
