  • Praise god for make a wish. My name is Kevin too. I'm so glad he is doing better!!!!!

  • i laughed my ass off during sad movies like dead poets society, freedom writers etc... but i seriously cried for this

  • That is great to hear that he is doing well... Really shows the powers of the human spirit... :-) Keep in Touch....

  • Kevin smiles :D

  • Hello there... I think this is wonderful.... My Favorites are cookie Monster and Grover and Telly... How is he doing now... This is a CLASSIC MOMENT right here... Jim would be proud... :-)

  • @williamkatt81 - thanks for the note. Kevin is doing great now. He actually had a very complicated brain surger (Deep Brain Stimulation) about 6 months after this Sesame Street trip, and it saved his life. He's doing really well now. Regards.

  • I loved the video and can't get over his precious smile at the end! I hope that Kevin and the rest of his family are doing well!

  • I had to fight back tears.

  • Hope he is doing well!

  • My daughter got a wish in Oct and it was the best thing we ever did for her and our family. Your son's smile at the end was so heart warming!! God Bless!

  • Is Kevin still around and well?

  • WOW, that was truly touching! I am very happy Kevin got his wish!

    I bet he had fun!

    God Bless! :)

    -Lorena

  • his smile priceless.

  • What an awesome wish! To see Kevin smile like that is priceless!

  • My daughter recieved a wish two years ago, so anything to do with MAW always touches my heart, but this video is truly special. The smile on Kevin's face is contagious.

Thank you for sharing this :)

  • I too have NBIA, only I am 48, Is it OK it I post this video on my utube? Tammera

  • Tammera - Yes, of course! Kevin is now 10 years old. He had DBS surgery just over a year ago and he is doing much better. I hope you are doing well.

  • I can't put into words how touched I was by this video. Jim Hensons legacy continues to bring joy to so many children it really is heart warming.

  • Oh, this is so fantastic. It's a shame Elmo couldn't be there.

  • Anyone besides me notice that Grover is being preformed by Joey Mazzarino?

  • Just in case anyone's wondering, this comment was written by me. I didn't have an account, so I had to use my brother's. Does anyone know who preformed Cookie Monster?

  • @antsamthompson9 Kevin Clash, he sounds like Trekkie Monster and Joey M. played Grover

  • @muppetlover16 Oh. Thank you. I wanted to know that for a long time.

  • @antsamthompson9 If I may reitterate

Kevin Clash's Cookie Monster=Trekkie Monster (I know we both chose David Rudman but now that I think it over Kevin can do TM)

  • @muppetlover16 I think so too.

  • MAW is such a great organization- volunteered there my senio year of college. What a great experience

  • wow make a wish is so nice and helpful to all these kids, my friends brother is parilized on his legs, so he has to stay in a wheel chair for the rest of his life. It is sad, but he saw an episode of the sweet life of zach and cody and saw the episode of the basket ball wheel chair , and it made him happy and inspired him that he could do wat normal kids can do, so make a wish is getting him to meet and hang out with dylan and cole sprouse, he even is getting to go to there house, they lefttoday

  • This is so cute. I am glad Kevin got his wish to visit Sesame Street. I want to visit Sesame Street one day and meet Zoe, Telly, Elmo, Grover, Rositia, Big Bird, Celina, Ruthie, Louis, Gina, Maria, Susan, Gordon and many more.

  • I do, too. I even have an idea for a new character.

  • aww. look how happy this made him. this is what granting wishes is all about. the smile on a child's face.

  • i feel so bad for kevin. but make a wish foundation made him very happy

  • ABSOLUTLEY FANTASTIC!!

  • He Deserve it :)

  • love to all of you... Tammera atypical NBIA

  • Aww this is wonderful. God bless this little boy.

  • Fantastic video, I realy loved it! I saw Kevin's story on NBIA newsletter, I'm very happy to see his beautifull smile with his sesame street friends :)

best wishes for all the family and specially for Kevin!

  • Thanks for showing this on youtube! We also had a make a wish trip. Their foundation is a really great! May God bless you Kevin and your family!

  • This is just amazing how something so simple can make a child have more hope. Make A wish Foundation is just amazing.

  • This is so touching. ::cry::

  • this is so kool! i also have a bad Disease and i got my make-a-wish trip to disney world 2 years ago!! But,i am not nearly as sick as kevin. this video is touching. im so glad he got his wish!

  • I'm so glad that kevin got his wish!

  • This is far and away the best video on YouTube. If you only knew how many times I have sat and laughed with Kevin as he plays with his friends. Thanks so much for sharing it :)

  • Whoah...if it weren't for Kevin's medical problems, I would call him one of the luckiest children on earth. Sesame Workshop won't normally let outsiders attend tapings of the show, much less appear on it. Five stars!

  • this is beautiful! i'm glad there is a foundation like this to give kids a some happiness! awesome!

  • Please consider a donation to help children like Kevin. One of the barriers to progress in finding a solution for children with such rare disorders is the lack of research dollars. The NBIA disorders foundation provides research grants to help find a solution for this disease. As you can see, the Make a Wish Foundation is able to move mountains to provide JOY to children who are very ill. Yes, I am biased, I love this little guy.

  • how absoultly beautiful... thank you posting. I am an adult with HSS, I often feel guilty that the children suffer so.... Love to you Kevin

  • Why do you feel guilty, dude? Are youo God or something? And even if you were God, I think you have not to have any regret about it. Fell at ease in this life, pls, Tammerajean. From Argentina, Mario
