  • @nvsn1107 a back handspring is when u jump and do that, if you're not sure, i go to gymnastics Tuesday and my mom is making videos of my front tuck and my back handspring and I'll try to out it up. If not I'll make one at my house after gymnastics Tuesday with my laptop, my coach won't let me do my back handspring until I keep my legs together even though I have it, so Tuesday I'll get it for sure. But I do have my front tuck!

  • Wow she is a beautiful, well-trained gymnast! Her parents must be so proud! I know a 6 year-old named Sophie who is so good she can do 4 flips in midair just from a normal jump before landing.

  • @blueyesDTX Actually, during a bridge, rocking really helps. I've been doing gymnastics for 13 years, and rocking a bridge helps improve flexibility, coordination, and strength.

  • @AGrules411 Not exactly, a back walkover is when you start with your feet apart and end with them apart. as you saw in the video her feet were together in the beginning and the end position.
