Hi there, I've had my t-12 for about 3 weeks now, I've progressed through each step and am on my way for distance. Learning to propel was facinating . But my point is this:At 6-4, I weigh 253 lbs and I have found my trikke making squeeking noises. I hve inspected all juctions and tightened any thing that may have loosened. I have the feeling that at this weight my trikke just may fall apart one day while I'm haulin butt across hard pavement. What do you think??
Hi there! I've been enjoying your videos and am using them as learning tools. I just bought a T12 and took it out for the first time this morning....eh, I'm not so good at it actually. I ordered it online so I have no one to instruct me on how to propel the darn thing. I suppose a bit a time with it will prove the most helpful. I've noticed these videos are about a year old. Do you still Trikke? - Lora
I'm in the same boat you are. I bought mine online, UNMICH doesn't post Trikke vids N E More
(hint hint) and I got it this week, just got on for the first time today, my friend fell after 10 seconds cause she wanted to go fast downhill. YUP. Very funny.
Going downhill is breeze. The slopes that are NOTHING On a bicycle are certainly duly noted on the trikke. I would guess in the beginning its 5-8x harder than a bike on slopes, now I would say 2-3x harder. Feel the burn. I had the basics on about the 5th day. And then just kept improving. I got out of my head and just flowed with it, THANKS for commenting!
Yeah! Now you're leaning into it -- very good. And, you're doing the handlebar turns about as much as your leaning would require. As you begin to trust the lean more, you'll see more use of your legs coming into play. Great spirit shown by a great spirit. We bow.
I just may get it after watching this. That little wiggle the front wheel gets you started. I'll get it.. I don't Quit!!! dupree;)

On the T12 - much faster. The T8 is a bit slower. We'll have to make a video about that. THANKS for the idea!

Yes, you're right. But think of it in terms of riding. If you ride 2 x a week for 2 years, thats just around $10 a week for a bunch of fun.

You're welcome! Have fun that's the most important part!!
