How did you get rid of your stretch marks? I am too a thick girl, but most of my fat is from the waist down :( ( butt, waist, and thighs) so its hard for me to lift my weight unless I strengthen my upper body, which is hard... I have 1 child, and after 3 kids you look great ;)

You are doing really good! The improvement is wonderful! I've been doing pole for a year now; but had to stop sadly due to a nerve injury during an inversion class. You look like you're losing weight too! Pole is an amazing workout. I think it works so much better than going to the gym, cardio classes, weight training classes etc. It's amazing. Keep up the ambition and training!
