cool I have to do this at my local pool in the summer when they have in the kids secection big fountains and spickets of water that go though a pump like a fountain

dont do it at the pool, the strong detergents used here will harm people's skin, and it's worse if a kid swallows some.
also, the pool would have to shut down and replace the water, which is very expensive and turns it from a PRANK to CRIMINAL
