@racedemon89 not the dvd drive. If you do towel trick it, make that a last resort. It CAN be a permanent fix despite what people say, but it's not usually. You need to x-clamp mod it. I'd also recommend heatgunning it while you have it open. :D

@dllnownz he is changing the lights by holding the sync button then pressing the eject button. When you do this it tells you what error code you have according to what amount of lights are lit up :)

u will fuck it up more u need to change the screws and then u over heat it.. then problem solved buy kit from ebay for 20 bucks.. with all the tools even the official opening tool.. it was easy to fix dont try this it will fry your motherboard

0020 means GPU malfunction, the reason why so many has it is probably that they solded the 360´s cold and not heated up, so the solds will eventually heat up if you cover it up to give a better connection, starting the 360 cold with a cold solder will give you the ring of death

Dude fuckin did it wrong u have to wrap it with 3 towells covering every where till u cant see white then turn it on by finding the power button through the towels wait 25 mins then TURN IT OFF U DIDNOT DO THAT let it cool under a fan for 25 mins then it will work i did it every week to my 20 gb pro for 3 months i ownnnn ayy until i got my elite and the 20 gb still works and my elite is fine and in the living room running on a 65 inch LCD HD tv with 1080i its fuckin awsome on svr09
