Yaar, iska arth toh batao, i have this gazal for a long time, these are the only two lines i cant understand, the lines you just mentioned. I mean, i can somewhat figure out but dont know meaning of fitna-e-qiamat(qiamat is the end) and Khosh qamti means? Its a great gazal, i wish bhagwan gave my life to Nusrat. He lives in us.

jab tum chalti ho.. to ek balaa ka manzar jaise hota hai.. jaise qayamat ko daawat hai.. something similar to the comparison often made between the beloved's br-taking beauty and qayamat..
