thats actually m249 minimi, not SAW. saw has solid stock, this 1 has skeleton/pipe stock. and theres also m249 para with and adjustable stock. grr i hate when ppl mix them up :D

lol, 30 lbs is nothing compared to some of those .50's, some weigh 60+ lbs unloaded, but Barrett has some light ones that weigh abot 45, loaded.

And there are man reasons why this is a better choice than an m4, first of all, it looks a hell of a lot cooler, second, full metal, third, 10 second spring switch, and it comes with a drum mag instead of having to buy it seperate.

the only reason a M4 doesnt lead over a saw is because,the saw has a barrel made of heat resistant material that is designed to shoot 200 without overheating.Also a SAW can hold more ammo than an m4,because it can have a 1000rnd belt or a 200 rnd drum mag,but the m4 only has a 100 rnd drum mag.m249 and an m4 with a drum mag are both technically a SAW since they are squad support weapons.Also in airsoft the M4 is better because it has same rate of fire,and fps,but is lighter

Some are imtimidated by it who have shitty AEGs but my cousin used to have one and he was no threat to me and my M4... I had the upper hand in every way except a large box mag but that doesn't even matter... especially since I can get a drum mag for an M4

well let me take it a different way as the support gunner your job is to pin down or keep the other team under cover so your team can help you take them out and as a s.a.w.(squad automatic weapon) your right the m4 probaly would have a big advantage but only in speed and acuracy acuracy is a lot but when your job is to mainly pin down the other team then thats all you gota worry about....i think i might buy a para saw but i have a g36c and a utg multishot shotgun so its all good lol

Yeah and that supports the case for real life combat scenarios but as far as airsoft goes, my M4 does way more suppressing than it needs to... and the majority of my suppressing leads to a kill, if you stick even the slightest part of your elbow out up to a max of 150 feet, I will have no problem tagging you with a bb. Past 150 feet it takes a bit of spraying but with crazy tight groupings all it takes is a nice and slow pan. PLUS!!! 16 rounds a seconds, it's pretty hard to avoid getting hit

KWA M4A1 stock shoots 400 fps and around 16 rounds a second with a 9.6v battery. Just look up reviews for them on youtube and you will see for yourself :D

Yeah but its not exactly milsim to go running around with a boxmag on a m4 is it?  And they are bulky and rattle a lot so there your stealth angle gone. Better to have someone prone on a m249 laying out suppression whilst the m4 guys run in and do the killing. You get more fun out of airsoft that way.

Well technically it isn't, but they do have box mags for M4 in real life. And the box mags for an M249 in real life don't hold 3,000 rounds so that isn't milsim either. And if you consider the rof of airsoft guns, also not milsim. And by rattle if you mean the bbs, what difference would it make if the bbs were in a vest/pocket or in your gun. They rattle unless you know how to walk... its not hard to prevent the bbs from inside your gun to rattle... just dont walk like a total fucktard

Well the only thing you gonna see is that when you pass chrono it will give you 400 fps and later 370 its rare , its compression.But this is not as important as hop up chamber, change it is a MUST DO.

Obviosly yes you need a hop up rubber to buy just cost 10 dollars , but instead of that in MY case i bought the Classic Army Hop up chamber which is like 40 dollars and it goes perfect.You should go to a mechanic.

No, with the M100 was giving like 310 fps , 380 was with the spring which came.But the compression of the m249 wasn´t good enough.I changed the cilinder and now gives with the m100 330.

I don´t know the rules of velocity of the AEGs of your country.The M249 comes with a spring which gives like 400-450 fps.I had to changed because here in my country this role has a maximo fps of 400.

It´s really easy you have to unscrew the nut of the right.If it is very hard try it with pliers the paint probably go off but it´s the only solution if it´s very hard.Then when you unscrew the nut just take off the screw and that´s all.

Most US retailers are selling it for $400 or there abouts. (Of course many of them claim to have tuned them up and given them a once-over, or else they include a case or some other extra.) There are reviews out there that tell you how to fix or improve the small 'issues' the gun has, so it's really a non-issue.

You dont need 390+ fps on a SAW. Try 280 or so, so the ROF will go much much higher...

Right, I would really recommend getting a new piston head for the gun. The stocked compression on the A&K is horrible and I bet it would be much better with atleast a new O-ring.
