This was great. I have been sick with stomach problems and this symptoms just ruined my young life. I stopped every hobby that kept me smiling and even had to be pulled out of school because there was too much stress. I tried a c-d on meditation but I just didnt feel I could do something like this. I love this vid and the other meditation onces you have. It makes me feel less tense. I'm only 13 by the way and I will be listening to this as much as possible. Thanks a lot! More vids like this! :)

It reminds me of a view where I went to the park in Porto Alegre, Brazil lol. In the matter of fact, my hometown, Porto Alegre, still has natural and greener trees. If you go to Porto Alegre for your vacation, you will see the tree tunnels over the strrets and apartment bulidings. They are naturally beautiful to help you relaxing =)

So many people are meditating now, but they don't seem any more relaxed as a whole. I wonder if it is because everyone sits there trying to do it right?
A quiet room, a fluffy pillow and a good nap is really much better for you than meditation ~ simply because of the intense concentration of trying to be quiet, calm and empty your mind. "Am I really letting go? Am I sitting correctly? What is that I hear? Is it quiet enough?" This is why napping is so much more beneficial! Pretty creek tho
Napping is great - I agree - but unfortunately, not always practical. That's why it's helpful to have an alternative: to just recline in a comfortable chair for 10 minutes and let yourself go in a deep state of relaxation. Many people need a little help with that. I, for one, do not fall asleep easily. Naps are virtually impossible for me, but just lying back and breathing and relaxing for a bit is so rejuvenating, it gets me through the day. I wanted to share that with others.
