"Evening bell" is a brilliant translation into Russian of the poem "Those Evening Bells" of Thomas Moore. The author of the translation into Russian was a Russian poet, contemporary of Alexander Pushkin, Ivan Kozlov.

It's interesting to know that it was written by an Irish poet Thomas Moore. Its translation made by I.Kozlov has become a traditional Russian song.
