just because you call the anthem by a different name it doesn't mean you're not a filipino. Or you're true pinoy. No, it's our national anthem, no matter what its called, it's still known as one thing, the anthem. It's what we as filipino's share. My parents call it Bayang Magilew. Others call it Lupang Hinirang. But it's known as the anthem. It has the same words it still shows our pride, Jeez, i find it rude when others say things like, oh 'true' filipino's know its really this.
