@dewtng posting the question once would have been enough but still. This exercise will work both your lats and your biceps personally I use this exercise as part of my lat workout and would either do it on the same day as working biceps or a couple of days apart as if you do this one day and then bicep training the next day yyou will be over training biceps it depends on your training split.
@funnysickhead it takes time to see results in weight lifting and bodybuilding but different body parts respond differently to different people and if this is a subbon body part for you then the only thing you can do is keep working hard training to failure and keeping your diet clean and you will see results. Thier is no easy way around it just work hard at it. It can take years before you gain a serious amount of muscle. thanks
@scoot13td doing crunches with weight make your waist larger so you may have lost some belly fat but also gained some thickness in the ab muscles its self. Also fat comes off people in different places most guys think of losing fat as mostly belly fat but some people carry fat more in the face legs or arms everyone of us is different.
@scoot13td so far this has become my most popular fitness video i was a bit suprised because some people i hear and talk to seem to neglect training there lats more than body parts like the biceps and pecs, because there the muscles that you first notice but you can really tell if someone hasnt worked there back because they look out of proportion and working the overall back can help strengthen your help back proventing back pain
@scoot13td gaining muscle is a slow process, you may have gained some muscle in the time your bulking up but if you have lost body fat at the same time it will explain the reason as to why you have lost weight.
@funnysickhead It can be difficult at first holding a weight plate or dumbell in between your legs its best to start of light until you get the hang of it but better way would be to tie a weight plate with rope through a belt. you could use any sort of belt for this a normal belt is fine.
