Just installed Kaspersky internet security trial looks good and doesn't slow anything down. Had avira but for some reason it slowed down some programs and my internet.

Where the heck was your recovery drive? You did My Computer and it only saw a C: drive.

I Have the Trial Version For Internet Securtiy! and my score.. 9/10.. amazing!! 10/10 is perfect but i haven't had it for more then 15 days.. soo.. i will gte Kaspersky 2009 IS

My first scan on a horribly infected machine took 23 hours!

Result..NOTHING DETECTED..

Then scanned with AVG...Result 50+ trojans/worms/spyware/rootkits­/monsters fro the fucking ID/

So on that basis.. Kaspersky...You can keep it!!!

Any anti-virus makes your pc slower, how much slower is the key.

is it just my pc or the Kaspersky update/virus scan but it makes my comp pretty slow
