yea but youre not supposed to stop on a dime like that because you can get knee injuries and ankle injuries. he's taught to keep running and slow down eventually. and plus, he was trying to tip-toe the line and the players pushed him farther out, towards the ref. if he was out of bounds earlier, and he ran forward, he wouldnt have hit the ref. but he got pushed at the end towards the ref.
