I have searched and searched for someone who could do this on a regular swing with a chain. Nowhere! My cousin used to be able to complete 360 swing around the set when we were young! No B.S.!! She did it in 1973 all the time! She would generate enough height and speed! When I tell the story, absolutely nobody believes me! But all of us kids were in amazement because she could do this. She was crazy! We were approximately 10-11 years of age. And this was done in Douglassville Pa!

Yes I built it myself, I started collecting bits of steel 6 months before I got started on the thing but it probibly only took me 2/3 weeks to build it to completion. I worked on it most week days after work.

It works better if you add counter weight to the top end of the swing, then you will be able to keep looping.

This was cool! i noticed that whenever you finished a rotation that the next time you went forward you for got to push yourself. I relize that in the action of doing that it would probly be hard to remember but, if you did push yourself after a rotation eventually centrifical force should kick in and keep you going as long as you keep pushing. I figured I would tell you this if you didn't already know, if you do, well.......it was still totally awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the comment. I have tryed what you said and your right, once I got going faster then it was very easy to keep going. The only problem was I got very dizzy and had to stop after about 7 rotations, I'm guessing because of the Geforses involved. Blood was rushing from my feet to my head and back very quickly, hahaha.
