this was a good decision from jyp, helping them to build up endurance, determination and teamwork. pushing through the pain (working pain that is, not injury) is one of the best things you can do for your body. im not sure about their eating though.... i hope they get all their meals after stuff like that...
@lakorns they are not limiting them on their eating habits... Nor are they secretly feeding them food behind the scenes.. And its not inhumane to not let the trainees eat if ur in the kpop industry. Its really difficult for idol stars to train and become a popular star. They barely get any sleep.. They sleep for about three hours.. Mayb less mayb more depending on if they are promoting or practicing. Same with what they eat.
the boxing part.it's bout rythm..but not only that..this is bout strategy,and if u get a punch..u must get a pain..and that's is bcoz in ur mind didn't hve an strategy,just punch without rythm and strategy..it's also same in entertainment industry..if u don't hve any strategy and rythm..it's easy to let u down..plus in boxing didn't have a word compassion and newcomer..u must watch out their feet and hand to understand the rythm..then u must quickly find a strategy to response back..
I saw absolutely no point in the boxing match. That wasn't about rhythm, the pro boxer just seemed like an anti-fan that wanted to beat up idols. Last I checked, you don't swing at someone's face repeatedly to teach rhythm. What a shame that he is a national representative.
@Aiur003 Boxing does teach rythhm, you need to move your feet constantly. But I agree, the boxer seemed a little drastic, when he's actually supposed to teach not spar.

They pull them down, go silent during their concert acts, etc. and the girls still work hard to get where they are. I saw absolutely no point in the boxing match. That wasn't about rhythm, the pro boxer just seemed like an anti-fan that wanted to beat up idols. Last I checked, you don't swing at someone's face repeatedly to teach rhythm. What a shame that he is a national representative.

@Aiur003 Boxing does teach rythhm, you need to move your feet constantly. But I agree, the boxer seemed a little drastic, when he's actually supposed to teach not spar.

@darkscarygothicotaku If I'm not mistaken, SNSD has one of the largest anti-fan bases in K Pop. They pull them down, go silent during their concert acts, etc. and the girls still work hard to get where they are. I'm not demanding you to give SNSD your respect, I just think that you're not recognizing how hard they work as idols to keep their image up.

@EnvoyOfInari anti fans werent the only involve in that silent treatment. snsd also has a large fan base but they get overboard. i may not have believed those rape rumours or anything, but what i dont lie is that they know that their fans are getting overboard but they never did anything, 2pm also had ups and downs, yet i never see rumours about them disrespecting somebody or being a rascist. getting respect is not only on stage but also off.

aww, I feel like crying! that's so harsh, although it paid off in the end it's still such a harsh training. Look what they went through, and part of their training was done for all us fans. They went through hell to become such awesome stars both for us fans and themselves of course :)

@anayl1203 Changmin wasn't part of the JYP family during the filming^^
He got accepted to JYP 8 months before 2AM actually debuted, so he's a pretty lucky guy! But when you think about it, he had to go through the same thing because 8 months before the debut was when he was dispatched from his army duties.
