X was linear but not as bad as 13. At least the story was good and it felt like a final fantasy game

Also, your comments make Tidus's annoying qualities more bearable. I could have benefited from having you do a voice-over of my play - half the time, I wanted to sacrifice Tidus just to stop his whining.

I really liked X-2. I'm excited when someone decides to take a stoic concept and do something different. The gameplay on X-2 was dynamic and reminiscent of the "type" or "job" concepts from earlier FF games. Okay, sure, X did the same with richness of content and just enough freedom to keep it from getting stale but X-2 took a shot at it, too.

All of the final fantasy games are amazing: the music, the characters, the story of each game. I recently played FFII-VI on SNES emulator and I was surprised to see the amazing soundtrack existed since the beginning. This is in my opinion the best game in the series, no matter how old it gets people aren't going to stop playing it. Now about the voice-over I agree with you, but voices don't make the game...

I always wondered who the F that random narrator was on the Zanarkand road 2 (since you don't hear him anywhere else in the game) I was thinking maybe it was Auron? but it's a different voice. I agree with the weird clothes and wtf waterfalls coming out of buildings?. But it's deliberately bizarre/surreal in a Salvador Dali kinda way to make it good fantasy...I love the way this game just draws you in from the very beginning. I feel That's how any good storyline in a game/book/movie should begin

i love final fantasy X. FFX was the first FFX that i liked. it just has a really good storyline, the battle mode 'n' level up grid is cool. the characters actually make you care about them. i haven't see a FF that makes you care what happens to them. like, final fantasy 12 (i think it was 12 ) i don't care what happens to anyone in that game. lol

anyway, i like blitzball too. i hate what they did with blitzball in FFX-2. hey how did you record the game while you were playing it? (o_o)?

@CR0SS77 Yeah I didn't care too much for FFXII as well, it was a good concept but some areas I felt failed in... also I did live commentary so while I'm playing the game I am talking over it... :)

Actually i just love BLITZBALL too thought, it's like a "futuristic Mix between soccer, rugby & A.football played inside water where you can breath" sort of sport, i wish it could be like something real (LOL) XD

This game never gets old. One thing i want to point out is that Tidus's comment on Jecht when he sees his face again on the billboard around the 19:19 mark was a nice bit of foreshadowing. I noticed it on my 2nd play through and thought it was a nice little touch.

@pichugirl6 Well, the graphics are story are fantastic, and cause of the story taking place in the early 2000 (in our world), it leads to other fantastic stories like final fantasy XII. Plus it has a fantastic squeal too. Best squeal in the world.
