The client letter is more motivating. It is what drives what I do as well as well as what keeps me focus.
If I can keep a clear picture in my mind of what my client needs and wants and if that lines up with my goals, I am motivated to take it to the next level.

Nice one Rich! I interviewed someone a while ago, and another great tip he gave along the same lines is to create a record of all your successes and great testimonials in your office on a wall somewhere. Then whenever you get doubts about your progress etc, you just look at those successes and testimonials for a spurt of motivation. Thanks again - great tips as always!
