DoCoMo has a bunch of smartphones now with 3G, including a 15 MP camera touchscreen phone (HOLY) and a 3D without glasses phone. They work where you have 3G in America too since they're CDMA or GMA, whichever one isn't America.

Oh my god. It is NOT that bad in Japan.

Most Japanese are VERY open to American's. I'm half japanese. My face doesn't look it. I speak and write, and read Japanese, and I was treat JUST FINE.

You act like Japanese are horrible people, and like people from America are so much more open minded.

When I moved to the US, a bunch of people became my friends. Until those people found out I was half japanese, then they treated me like dirt. Yes, America is the best.

Im from nokia... i mean Finland and just last weak i heard that nokia is going to stop marketing cellphones in Japan because they can't compete with Japanese cellphones. I have been around the world and i did not see eaven one nokia phone in Japan. Maybe they are going to make better cellphones to us someday and compete with nokia.

Sony Ericsson make better phone than nokia. since Sony and Ericsson amalgamated, i never had another nokia. they can't compete because japanese are very advance in the future. unfortunately if your lucky to get one of these to the states w/o it being confiscated, it wont work because US phone providers use a different network. Dual band to tri band like the rest of the world. Video chatting on your phone with another is out, the tv use on it is out. internet package wont work right. your better off not buying one. unless you move to japan. it sucks but its true. i use to have a tri band phone through t-mobile it was a pain in the ass to get it to work in the states.

mmhh.., don't you guys think that after watching this video, and coupled with other technologies we know they have, shouldn't we ask a bit more out of the products and "advantages" we get from our market?? For instance, our brand new Nokia XpressMusic and SonyEricson walkmans have much to envy from the phone on the vid, surely they pay the same money. cool video man, when i was in japan i fell in love with the phones, my gf in japan has au by kddi and her phone kicks ass. i bought an unlocked sofbank phone samsung 706sc but you can't use all of it's 3g features cause t-mobile sucks and not that advanced.
