Everyone is assuming she never got a numbing shot of Lido. Do you really think they would not have given the kid a shot? The table behind them is covered in med supplies and syringes. Also, they are obviously in a 3rd world country and have limited supplies, so no fancy chair. They are doing a service taking the rotten teeth out of her mouth. Why is everyone so quick to jump to conclusions? These people are not laughing at her they are trying to make the kid comfortable as she is scared.

@zebrawebkinz well i had to have 8 injections to num my mouth (2 for each tooth) which just had a sharp pain to them, then when they pulled them out it's no painful but they put alot of pressure on your teeth.
