yeah it is...they arent personally my pics i got em off of google. I did report it to the cops and some other families did too!!!!!! i couldn't believe it,. some woman took a couple of pics of the little girl and the police think it is her. as far as the investigating camera could zoom in they thought the face and eyes looked like her. i hope it was
