  • that 'writer' is silly

  • Did that guy really say Latinos are a minority in southern Ca.?

  • Usually good teeth ..lol.

  • eughhhuehfj. F. Scott Fitzgerald and Morrissey. I want to bathe in the remnants of that house when and if it goes down.

  • Los Latinos aman Morrissey :)

  • @Mcbain8307

John Schlesinger was an Oscar-winning director. He died in 2003 at age 77.

  • Mmmmm, wouldn't morrissey's dog eat meat????

  • He mentions his home was lived in by John slazenger. Whos that?

  • He's got the same record player as the one I'm going to get!

  • @stevenuuu1212 What one is that?

  • "Fantastic hair, fantastic skin and usually really good teeth...."LOL :) Just made my day Mozz...

  • 3:12 xd haha, Oh you, Morrissey

  • morissey is a great hugger and a bad fucker

  • cool dog alert @4:13

  • a day with mozz....what an uneventful but extraordinary day it would be.

  • Well well well . . .

Thought it was an actor at first !

Mozzer in a convertible Jag !

    He'll be munching on a big mac soon . . .

  • Morrissey tiene su lado tierno, le gusta de todo menos la prensa ni la farandula. lo entiendo, odio a la prensa y a la farandula igual que él jejeje. los dos iguales. thanks for asking :D

  • brandon flowers owns 99% of my body..but i think a special %1 has been saved for mozz :D

  • He's the kinda person one would have thought to have moved to a Cheatau in Praga or something...

    ... like Crispin Glove

  • @brilliantfranz watch?v=Vuow8wlWwdk

  • morrissey reminds me of david brent a bit.

  • @123jataylor haha in what way?

  • @CopyriteInfringement just some of his mannerisms and things he says in the bit where hes going round the house, i think if you put anyone on the spot with a camera to just talk about themselves they end up being a bit brentish.

  • @123jataylor ha it's true, we're all brents really....I know I am

  • @CopyriteInfringement theres a bit of brent inside all of us, which itself sounds like a brent fail gag.

  • @123jataylor haha you sir are a genius

  • The host with Toast!!!!!

  • I'm mexican. I feel special now. :D

  • Mexicas have fantastic hair, fantastic skin, acording to Moz ;)

  • 4:00 - LOL!!! - witty as ever...

  • I have a shit record player. It's funny to see that Morrissey has, what looks like, the exact same one.

  • ..and now I wanna be your husky!

  • Is this Latino following the inspiration behind First of the Gang to Die? I've always wondered why the character in the song is called Hector.

  • he loves mexican people! yeahh

  • "...and an amazing work ethic"

  • Comment removed

  • often the most miserable people are considered humorous, not to be considered clowns but again misunderstood..

  • 'I didn't know the queen had a tattoo.'

  • morrisey should shag nancy sinartra.

  • I can not understand why people are surprised with the love latin north americans feels for Morrissey. In all Latin America Morrissey is fanatically loved since the early eighties.

  • And we love the UK, such great music!!!

  • the way he even hugs says a lot about his character. i don't think he's arrogant. he's just honest yet modest

  • Can anybody say who's record he played? 2:26

  • I love Morrissey sooo much, I want to give him a hug!

  • I live in LA, and I used to have THAT EXACT MODEL RECORD PLAYER which you see him playing the record on in this video. It's the cheapest record player on the market it costs about $80.

  • L.A. a semi-tropical landscape? LOL.

  • @tepidPeppermint thank you

  • teatime with Nancy, haha, how nice!

  • Whats the name of the song at 4:01-4:30

  • @truescream93 it s nancy sinatra- sugar town

    ( what a suprise, eh? :-D)

  • His dog looked awesome, like a wolf.

  • I love you Morrissey!!!

  • Deutsche Bag! Fucking arrogant deutsche bag. Yawn, so sad.

  • @marlonbarnes What the fuck is a "deutsche bag"? A "German Bag"?

  • Lol I love all the comments about Mexican fans! , and sadly its surprising because of the stereotypes put on us, and yes I am another Mexican American Morrisey admirer

    Viva Morrisey!

  • The Hispanic lady remarking, "It's against everything our culture stands for." What I ask is how so? Mexican society was fast to pick up on Rock music early on with acts like Enrique Guzman & Cesar Costa in the early sixties, who did covers of American Pop hits in addition to producing some original material of their own. Just like many places in the world, when the Beatles and the Rolling Stones struck, they also hit big in Mexico. The admiration for British acts continues to this day.

  • Seriously....can you imagine someone of an east L.A. gang really being a Morrissey fan? Come on.seriously? Weird. just weird.

  • I think it's slightly sad beyond words that he's not married.Or at least having a lover by his side,Hand in Glove if you will.It makes you wonder what about relations is he so afraid of.Nancy Sinatra? ru Serious? My god Morrissey...What happened to you?

Working class roots of Manchester for L.A. Sunset Boulevard? It's slightly repulsive in a way.

  • @NancySinatra , Next time U C Morrissey, Hug him 4Me,...*smiling*

  • omg 2:24 is the best!

  • Mexicans love you too,MorrisseyGod!It's a long shot but I hope you see this!

  • ''when you grow up latino in southern california, you feel like you're in a minority'' ????

feels a bit more like a fuckin majority. it's easier to find a burrito or a lowered impala than apple pie...

  • Anyone know whats the lovely song is in 0:00 - 0:44 ?

  • @Bamstarter It's the theme from ''A Summer Place'' by Percy Faith and his orchestra.

  • @microwavedhombre1

Thanks a lot, I was looking for it for a long time.

  • @Bamstarter no sweat!I always like to lend my knowlege where ever I can.

  • Marvelous! Absolutely love this!

  • "he's just a great hugger" woww xD

  • What a dissapointment ! he lives in LA! he has a different speech as an artist and was a sophisticated one, how could he end up living in a cheesy , superficial , frivolous, light-minded place like LA ??

  • @jjbarbados This is an old documentary- he has long since moved. But in many an interview he venerated the superficiality of the place. This isn't unreasonable. If a place and its people are unreal, they can never be a real threat.

  • The music in the beginning is so condescending, if I was moz I would've taken that as a dig.

  • His dog is sooo beautiful!

He made me feel special when he said he liked Latino people : D

But the peple were right when they said that Latinos should know him! My mom, dad, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, siblings, know morrissey! The same with my boyfriends family hahaha!

  • Haha.....Nancy: "It's gorgeous, like you"

    Morrissey: "I know, I know...just kidding"

    But it's true! <3

  • oh. so terrible his last words. not for mexicans but for a man accused of racism

  • @hasankeser well, it was a compliment.

  • I would be happy with Toast :)

  • Love Morrissey's husky!

  • yay, he likes latinos

  • I was under the impression that Morrissey was more of a cat person. I think I saw one quote from him that said "dogs are smelly."

So WHY does he have a dog? Riddle me THAT.

  • @anchorlove06 you're right, he is a 'cat person.' But Morrissey has owned many pet cats and described one particular incident where he had to put one down because it was so old and ill and he 'cried for hours and hours and hours..... I still miss him' So maybe after that incident he thought it was best not to get another cat, as none could replace that one. Also, he looks like he lives in an environment where a dog would be a more practical pet... that's just my theory! :)

  • @anchorlove06 i thought he loved all animals , couldent imagine him saying dogs are smelly

  • LOL on the part about "Mexican" people at the end (in quotes cos so many Latinos are Puerto Rican and Cuban, Salvadorian, etc.). I showed this to a Guatemalan friend, who got insulted. I'm like "It was a compliment!" Further proof that Morrissey is a class act, despite what some silly people think.

  • I really enjoy Morrissey music and The Smiths but I have to be honest. I don't see a lonely mystery of a man here. I see a privileged and wealthy pop star who strikes me as a whiner. lemme just say that lonely people generally don't have toast and tea with Nancy Sinatra and a camera crew. I love his music but my heart wouldn't flutter for a moment to meet the man. bollocks to the ungratefulness in his demeanor.

  • I wonder if he lets his dog eat meat

  • One of the things I love about Morrissey he love Diana Dors

  • in one part of this documentary, he says "i never phone anyone, never" and in another part, one of his friends is saying "when he's really depressed, you'll get from him a phone call at 1am"

  • nice boot camp click sticker at 4:32

  • i would do just about anything to hug him. anything.

  • The NME and the ratty little maggots who write for it are worse than scum....

  • imagine driving past morrissey. my eyes definately wouldnt be on the road.

  • Not all Hispanics are Mexican. I am of Bolivian descent and I, too, am a fan of Morrissey. :D

  • What's the name of the song in the beginning ? Can anyone please tell me :)

  • asian rut,it's off the kill uncle album..

  • where the hell have you been?

well you know, i just slip and slide

  • I love how he has a portable record player

I have one and am always thinking about upgrading to something a bit higher end but if a traveler is good enough for MOZ then I am set.

  • haha. oh man. i recently went to a show here in dallas and i swear, a good 85% of the crowd was mexican. "they have great hair!" ace.

  • Watched this Documentary - Fascinating Insight into a Fascinating Man. Highly Intelligent Man, Interesting , Funny, and had bouts of depression and self doubt, but so self-aware. One of the Eccentricts of British Pop Culture.

  • I love that Moz lived here in SoCal for awhile.

  • Got to love his eyebrows.

  • I didn't know the queen had a tattoo :)

  • the queen is dead:)

  • neither did I, what is it ?

  • Oh yes.. She has a big pitbull just above her crotch.

  • Morrissey is shit cool and so hot!!!!!!

  • ok other than the whole animal rights thing, i think he's really blowing smoke up our asses now at 4:24 !!!

  • Dylam must love this guy. I imagine

  • Does anyone know what the music is at the start of this clip???

  • a summer place 50's

  • if he is so against animal cruelty, then why does he drive a car with leather seats?

  • he has said before that he wears leather shoes and has leather seats in his car because it is incredibly hard to avoid leather. he has a point, you go into a shoe shop and they are all leather, and the same in car showrooms.

  • It is not "if he is so against animal cruelty" - he IS against animal cruelty. You're question is actually "why does Morrissey not completely fullfill all of my expectations of him while I myself make no contribution whatsoever?".

  • lmao he said hispanics are a minority in southern california. Wow, he is trying way too hard to make himself seem like an outcast. Southern California is elot like east texas, nothing but hispanic.

  • Interesting to see the decor of Morrissey's house... rather eccentric, but almost seems like he meant it to look eccentric... 'Mad in craft'?

Now I want to know what kind of pyjamas he wears :P

  • steven morrissey is god to me i wud giv nethingh t meet him

  • bono. what a cock! ha ha! (is he even on this part?!)

  • Bono is a genius, hence why is is consistently asked to comment on music documentaries. He is a good man.

  • Can anyone tell me what that record is that he plays?

I find it funny that someone can be so shallow and yet so deep as well. What I mean by shallow is his comment about why he likes Mexican people. I just thought that was oh so funny.

  • So little time - Diana Dors

  • Morrissey needs to have an episode of Cribs.

  • Haha.

I could never see that happening.

  • terribly nice, fantastic hair, fantastic skin and good teeth. Great combination!!!!!!!!!!!

This guy is just incredibly charming.

  • lol at his comments on mexican people...

  • I love the way he walks past Nancy in the background when she's talking about him it's really cute like he wants to know what she's saying hehe

  • He's so right. I've never been afraid of muggers, etc... always been afraid of the police... and I've never been guilty.

  • i love morrissey, but have spotted a little flaw with this.earlier he was emphasising that he hated football and theres 1 in his house!a kappa 1!near the door!

  • What is the name of the tune at the start of this?

  • It is called "Theme From a Summer Place" by Percy Faith & His Orchestra

  • his face when nancy mentions the queen lol

  • Morrissey... te ama esta mexicana!...si senor! ;)

  • The guy shown near the end, Jose Maldonado is the vocalist in a band called Sweet and Tender Hooligans, who did a gig in Stoke to a virtually empty nightclub (The Underground). This was an error on the part of the publicity. It was one of the most enjoyable nights out I've had in years. They'did' the Smiths. He was Morrissey. It was ace. They were in the UK for the 20th anniversary of The Queen is Dead. Brilliant to see him again on this vid. Thanks for posting.

  • haa haa "Great Combination"...i wish he would just come out already tho- he is a master and legend

  • god this is wonderful surreal

  • morrissey cribs...i see it now!

  • "... and usually really good teeth... great combination" he he

  • LOL!

  • She's kind of a whore.
