  • The same thing happened to me. When I was in the 2nd grade I found out that my big sister was really my half-sister and my mom had been married for. I was upset that they didn't think I was old enough to handle it. INFORMATION IS KEY!

  • And school district officials who think they outrank the president...dear me.

  • yay another car vlog! haha love you gretchen

  • I heart you G dog... I dislike my allergies very very much and living in Colorado don't really help.. I should totally move to AZ and have a few beers with you.. that would be some good times..

    I <3 U!!

    Marben

  • Amen.

  • Sheltering your children is only delaying the inevitable and, when the time comes, making things worse. I can't imagine keeping a child home from school because of a President's speech, no matter how different their politics are from mine.

A good parent wants their children to become educated, will answer questions, and allows them to form their own opinions. My Mom did, and hopefully when the day comes that I have kids, I can pass on the same.

In a nutshell, well said Gretchen. :)

  • I'm taking a psychohistory class this semester, and my professor was talking about how the media portrays Obama as the "savior" that would solve our problems, and that the people would throw a fit once they realize that he's only human.

he's not a completely radical thinker, he's not a communist. he doesn't have any crazy ideas that will flip the world upside down. he just believes that everyone has a responsibility to their country, and to the planet.

    rock on, gretchen :)

  • the extremists in this country are some of the most divisive hypocritical people on the planet. They don't want Obama to be painted as anything less than a villainous tyrant.

    Its sssooooo frustrating.

  • I love YOU!

  • Aw hun, I hope you feel better. I feel your pain - I have horrible allergies in live in Kentucky. Yeah, enough said, haha. I love you Gretchen - you are an amazing, inspirational woman. Thank you for always putting a smile on my face.
