Do I smell another appeaser? The Germans started not one, but two wars. They started it, and they got what they deserved. Germany should still hang its head in shame for its atrocities on an unimaginable scale. I lost family in WW2 so don't give me this "we are all to blame garbage".

Well atleast this video proves one thing that no matter what the so called Allies said they bombed the heck out of German civilians while at the same time portraying themselves as Anti-Government - Pro-Civilians. Yeah right, gi'me a break. I am certainly sure that a B-17/Lancaster bomber cloud (20-30) with a total bomb load of 200'000 Kgs is sufficient enough to take out 1 factory a few miles offset the city but the bombing run starts from the city

The difference is that the Nazis mentioned the fact that they wanted to kill anyone including civilians who are against them anywhere whereas the British/American/Soviet coalition propagated their war against only Nazis (only the armed forces that includes anybody with a gun & loyalty to the Reich, Axis etc) but more or less many civilians were deliberately targeted in the war by the Allies. Similar to the fact that to kill a fly in a hospital, one uses a TNT instead of a flyswatter.

Nope, they were wrong in doing that. TKing civilians is never a good thing. But other facts are that civilians are the people who strengthen the economy, so in order to weaken economy every battling nation has targeted civilians this is a plain & hard fact. Because such situations are similar to glass half-empty/half-full it mainly depends how one conceives the situation.

Yes and the RAF and USAAF did not bomb France or Holland did they? the difference was that the Allies used bombings has terror raids and more civilians where killed in one in Hamburg one night than the German's killed in the entire war in bombing raids. And the soviets? they killed more of their own people and than the Germans did!

True. Its just like this; name me one person who plays a video game in which civilians are also included (GTA, AOE, etc) and the player only targets armed forces and/or the governmental forces. I find it pathetic when ppl only target the Reich so as just to cover up their filth, I mean seriously any one who believes the 'war crimes' (lol) of the Allies were none is such a lollypop. Yes, I guess the question is, when all is said and done, what was the difference. The Germans murdered and brutalized millions in camps etc. The British and Americans for their part, incinerated hundreds of thousands of Germans in their cities. The Soviets murdered and raped on a monsterous scale. So-called area bombing, as the British air campaign was called, actually targeted the german civilian population.

I don't think anyone walks away from this with clean hands.

@paperwater bomber Harris targeted civilians to bring the German war machine to an halt weather they was civilians or not they still had jobs making more planes and bombs and such. desperate times call for desperate measures. and the Luftwaffe dident care what they was targeting they was bombing places like dance halls and milk bars and they even targeted one dance hall with a v2 rocket those was always full of civilians so it was tit for tat. the nazis had there head so far up there asses
