i finally got my 50mm xpole the other day!!! it's been 3 days n i suck! I can't do anything except jump up n sit on the pole.. my legs r my strength n my arms r definitely my weakness, im still workin on getn upside down and spinning lol! but i won't give up... please tell me it gets easier, u r one of my inspirations! any advice!?

to get to this point 6/7 months

i am 5 feet 5 inches

my weight varies

if you look at a current video i can say that this morning i was 133-134lbs

no one is too tall or heavy

it is exercise...you will lose weight gain muscle

your body will change

mine did

i gained a lot of weight when i started i was in the low 120's

Very tastefully done blue skye. I have watched other female pole dancers and find them either dry just doing the moves not being stimulated and moved by the music. Or, they are dang near screwing the pole. Both of which I find boring.

I just bought a pole and am looking forward to it's arrival. Maybe I'll post a dance here one day :). Once again, a very enjoyable watch, thanks for sharing your talent with us.
