  • normally i put the vege first

  • fast & easy, but stir fry the prawn for more minutes i.e. 1lb prawn = 5 mins stir fry + addition 5 min fry finally.

  • @KingAlexPandy no he uses a high heat and small prawn soo no you would burn them is you cooked them for 10 min lol

  • I have taken Culinary Arts. It doesn't look like he used citrus. Citrus or not, there's nothing wrong with putting citrus in a frying pan.

  • Is there any way i can make this without sherry wine?

  • If you don't want to use any alcohol, you could use some sort of juice for a similar effect.  Maybe apple or orange. I've even read you can substitute smaller amounts of vanilla extract for sherry, but I'm not sure how that would come out here.

  • Try a broth, like chicken or vegetable broth. He has said in other videos to use chicken broth in place of the cooking wine. It will turn out fine with broth.
