I am interested in the specifications of both frontend and backend. Is this suited towards a family home setup with control over kids time useage? If I fire up the front end and is the backend firedup via WOL.

I see at leasts one of those frontend boxes is a zotac ITX.. how has that been working for you? I have been considering going ITX for all of my purely frontend boxes. I want full 1080p support on all boxes tho... do the zotac's accomplish this?

@jester8605 The Zotac ION will playback 1080i at least. I don't think I have any 1080p content. Everything I get over the air is 1080i. You may notice some tearing on sports programs but other than that the Zotac ION works pretty good.
