what firmware update was that. My picture is real grainy & I can see sqaure pixel boxes. 32 inch HD tv. & 1.5 TB FreeAgent Hard drive. movies freeze up but Audio keeps going & I stopped it & Replayed it & its saying Fetal system error restart. the device did not come with a USB cable so I cant plug it into my computer to update the Firmware. this will be a Mystery !!!
