This is certainly 1992 because he talked about his oldest son Brandon being two and Brandon was born in 1990 and his middle son was born in 1992 and his youngest was born in 1994 so the date is correct. I love his look here!
Sorry, just can't help but comment on the title. Why "CIRCA" 1992? Circa means "around", if it's 1992 it's 1992. Otherwise it could be 1993 or 1991, if you're that sure of the relative date the circa is not needed....................... Just 1992 will do! Thanks for posting.
