my dog is always on the trampoline in next doors garden but since next doors children in boarding school they dont use it so they give it to dollly our great dane x
actually, @justfortdp and @lukesimianer, danes are usually only deaf if they are (a) all white or (b) have white around their eyes and/or ears. breeding two merles together can result in white or partially white puppies, both of which can be deaf. thus, breeding two merles together is not suggested; but it will not ALWAYS produce deaf puppies. the most important characteristic to consider when investigating the possibility of deafness in danes is whether or not they are white, or partially so.
This was a foster dane and we never invited it up on the trampoline. In fact, we couldn't keep him off it. He was deaf, and I think he just like the feel of it.
its in the genes. Like I have a Merle, and If I were to breed her with another merle, than her piuppies would most likely be blind or deaf.. Or its just old. Mabey there was a merle somewhere up there or in the same litter.
hahaha! my basset hound mayzie did the same thing when we had our trampoline..i think she was quite sad when we got rid of it!!

Great Danes naturally have floppy ears - they look like Great Dane ears to me. (;

just because they didnt CUT and stripe their ears up, doesnt mean there ears are wrong, i got my danes's like this

@shaldana I think it's wrong when people crop them. These are great danes natural ears, they're just the best looking breed in the world.

@shaldana
Don't think and toss your opinion without knowing about the topic.
This is a Great Dane with its natural ears, which makes it totally beautiful.

Our dogs don't like to get on the trampoline, but when we're on it, our puggle will sit underneath it, and whine and scratch at the mat.

Thats funny. I have always wondered what my danes are thinking. They are the same way. They love to entertain themselves with whatever they can find.
