Are those measurements of 0.7 C reliable? As far as I know they can be as reliable as the estimations of the oil reserves. Secondly I am in Sweden. All I see is rain. Is it a normal weather in the middle of December (compared to the previous records)? Thirdly nature reacts in a non linear way.
