Very good question! Using clicker training, I taught her to collect at a halt. Then I waited for her to become confident enough to add her frame to movement and I reinforced it every time she offered it to me. Then I required that she carry herself beautifully in order to earn reinforcement. If she dropped it, no click and go back to something easier. It was physically hard for her at first, but she got stronger and more confident.
