This is a great MOS and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My OIF tour was great we received and numerous "other" short-tour or special training opportunities that I did not take advantage of (personal reasons). But every company is different, try to do some research and get into a good one if you can. This is probably one of the best lead-in MOS for Government Agencies if you get some experience and a degree...

anyone know current bonuses for 35M/35L? And also the probability of re-enlistee's and transfers from reserves getting priority and/or filling up the class seats? I'll be enlisting this summer for with those two MOS's as my top 2 choices.
35L is not an entry position in the Army. It's only open to prior service. Your best bet is to go 35M for your initial enlistment and then reclassify 35L when you reenlist.
Good video alot still rings true. The best MOS in the military for making money later and not having to be in a war torn area. Check out 35M if you dont mind making money in a war zone. Language training is available for both 35M and 35Ls. The training for both takes place in southern Az.
it helps in your application. but its not a entry-level MOS, you cant enlist directly as one. but yes, it probably wont guarantee you a job in the cia, but it sure as hell wont hurt

But in my opinion people shouldnt join the army for just a education they should join for a greater cause and to do something you can't do in the civillian world.Last I checked it wasnt a pianist who killed osama or a cook who diffused a bomb they do what we wont so show some respect.

this MOS is for the fucking robots. Not infantry. the people who get security clearance are usually the ones who were tattle tales in 4th grade and the teachers pets in high school. No balls. all brains. Easily controllable morons. Have fun being an officer's pet.

@OmNomNomNomNomNomism In order to go special forces you need a clearence and special forces is harder than infantry .Alll jobs in the army are needed so it dont matter if your infantry,cook,mp,mi,supply,ordanace,artillery everyone's needed and i hope you are in the miltary cause if your not you no buisness talking about the army -Im a proud soldier 25-U

You are basically a military police for the intel world. I did NOT enjoy this.
Going into different programs are where the fun starts, but it is NOT what you all are thinking. I'm just wow at the video and the people watching it, need to wake up but this video is the only one out there so whatever...

@racerxj220 agree on the cheeziness of this video...but disagree on the MOS.
This is a great MOS and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My OIF tour was great we received and numerous "other" short-tour or special training opportunities that I did not take advantage of (personal reasons). But every company is different, try to do some research and get into a good one if you can. This is probably one of the best lead-in MOS for Government Agencies if you get some experience and a degree...

@racerxj220 Well, of course. Counterintelligence is just that, force protection and preventing the enemy from gathering intelligence about friendly operations.
I think a lot of people go into the counterintelligence fields in the military thinking they'll be Special Forces or something without realizing that counterintelligence involves a loooot of report writing and investigations. It's a cool job but don't think you'll be a damn hitman or something.

anyone know current bonuses for 35M/35L? And also the probability of re-enlistee's and transfers from reserves getting priority and/or filling up the class seats? I'll be enlisting this summer for with those two MOS's as my top 2 choices.

35L is not an entry position in the Army. It's only open to prior service. Your best bet is to go 35M for your initial enlistment and then reclassify 35L when you reenlist.

Good video alot still rings true. The best MOS in the military for making money later and not having to be in a war torn area. Check out 35M if you dont mind making money in a war zone. Language training is available for both 35M and 35Ls. The training for both takes place in southern Az.

it helps in your application. but its not a entry-level MOS, you cant enlist directly as one. but yes, it probably wont guarantee you a job in the cia, but it sure as hell wont hurt
