the equity you have is against your opponents hand range. If you have AK and you're playing against a range of 88-AA,AJ+ and you have AK you have less than 49% equity so maybe you don't want to go all in...

Who said anything about a JJ ? I was talking about him folding a ACE AND KING before seeing the flop. If no one has seen the cards, then you or they cannot tell who has the "better" hand. There are plenty of times where I have had an ordinary hand, eg a 3 and J, I havnt seen the flop but I call anyway and suddenly there are two 3's on the table and I have 3 of a kind! The point is, he never saw the flop and had a good hand! It was worth the risk.

There are many ways to play exactly the same hand among good players. You can only put Donks and Fish on exact hands.

If I know you are the type of person who try's to read exact hole cards, all I have to do is play my hand differently to trap you.

It's easy to made a video of playing big hands and hitting top pair or a set and then showing how you win. But what beginners need the most is learning how to handle how to play postflop when you don't flop a monster but eg. middle pair or a straight draw

I don't know how this guy is that great. I mean, he really only has pretty good hands. I have trouble knowing if my 2nd or 3rd pair is good, and stuff like that. It's easy to win when you flop a couple sets and top pairs, and have pocket jacks with no over card on the board, but I want to know what to do with just mediocre hands. I almost always fold them, however I know that they have to be good sometimes, and I don't know how to find that out.

There are "made hands" which would be a pocket pair, and a "drawing hand" like AK. AK is only good when you high a flush or flush draw, str8 or str8 draw (although it will never be open ended), 2 pair, and top top. If you dont hit any of those, there's a very good chance your hand is bad.

The guy with AK knew the other guys sucks, and he can take away his money when he is better than just a coin flip with AK.... as he showed when he took all of his chips with 777.

These were decent tips. But then again, most decent players need help in losing less, not winning more. Playing winning hands is a lot easier than managing to lose the minimum with losing hands. In this video's situations Hero always had the best hand and only thought of how to get the max value with it, and in the end that's kinda just basics.
