Just as Roy said, we would love to give credit for this song to We Are Rapture as soon as their is copyright proof. Until then, Josh Thomas has just as much right to the song as a former member of the band as you do. Especially since the majority of the song was written by him and the song isnt even close to the version he played with WAR. We are not trying to continue the disagreement, but i would totally give you guys and WAR credit if the credit was due.

Well, we werent shooting for a We Are Rapture cover, because that band does not exsist. We rewrote one of our band member's songs and improved it sevenfold. There is no way we would have played the old drum parts or singing parts live, they just were not good enough for Bleed Victoria. And yes, we are thankful for your views because several venues that want us to play are astonished at how many views and likes we have. So thanks. We will continue to block you and any other negative comments.

Hey -- I'd be happy to call this a "cover" song and give credit to whomever happens to own the intellectual property rights and copyright on this song. At this point, the artist here claims copyright and is providing a public recording as proof of their work. If you have proof of a copyright that is earlier than their first performance, post it and show the world --- otherwise, I'm inclined to believe the artists in this video.

Nine Sefni would be the name of dvldrmrlllx and this one as well. these things that have been said on our side have been quite factual. As far as this we are rapture being done for a reason. The vocalist and drummer did all the work. Ummmm, the other’s except sean [ the epic bassist ] never wanted to practice and slacked off. your recallections are wrong, jessie.seeing as how you weren't there when the song was written, this must mean your opinion means nothing. the new version of the song's drums are completely incorrect in how they are played, i don't think he wrote it. not to mention the fact that the guitar part was a collaborative effort between the guitarist and the drummer at the time.

Actually, as someone who was always close to the band "We Are Rapture," if i do recall correctly, Josh Thomas & Sean Adams wrote all of this song. Except for the lyrics, which Jonathan wrote. Well, the lyrics were all changed & improved. And even if you listen to the entire recording of this song that "We are Rapture" did, it is actually Josh Thomas & Sean Adams playing all of the parts. So, I actually don't think that means anything was copied. There is a reason why WAR doesnt exsist.

Bleed Victoria performed 4 songs at The Masquerade. Two were originals, two were covers. My understanding is that this song entitled "Kakaw" was written by Josh, who, once upon a time was part of a different band that went no where. I also believe Sean was part of the same band. Correct me if I am wrong -- and I would love to hear a recording or see a video posted from the band named in one of the posts "We are Rapture".

ummm, how about no. it's nothing close to what the original is. maybe they should learn the original parts before trying to make it as, "epic" as you seem to think it is. stealing music, changing the title and calling it your own is not a good band in my opinion.

Before you start to think we were trying to COPY your failed band, just keep in mind that it took Bleed Victoria less than 10 hours of practice to achieve what you couldn't in a year... a good sound.
