Regardless of familiarity with the issue, she is clearly saying no to American troops. Blue helmets are almost as ineffectual as AU troops. Personally, I am of the opinion that the US (or some other Western power) should form a foreign legion of Muslim troops. If you want to subdue the fighting in Darfur, you have to make sure they have their essential needs met. They don't need guns over there, they need basics like water. Richardson, Biden, Grovel, and Hilary all failed to address this in their response. Of course, Hilary mentions getting her war on in the middle east. Look at unicef's website for Darfur info.
