I didn't think they were under rated, also because they've been mentioned on quite a few TV shows as one of the greatest bands, and I always heard their music on the radio. I like to think that I'm pretty young for a Crowded House fan also because they're music was popular years before I was born. :)

Birds of Tokyo, Karnivool, Parkway Drive, Gotye, Guineafowl - all artists off the top of my head that get major air time, and are homegrown.
