the person doesn't speak english.... that's the problem.... many US citizens doesn't speak english. How do I feel if police stop me and ask me questions and want to show my documents, even if I'm US citizen.... this is a violation of my civil rights.... and unfortunately this is racist against latinos and asians...

Beginning at 2:17 So Mr. Garcia is admitting that his mother is a legal citizen but does NOT speak English, does NOT have a valid ID and does NOT have an AZ DL. Mr. Garcia, it sounds to me like your mother is not an American citizen as all American citizens carry valid ID of a DL.

Channel 9's news reader failed to do her homework. Gayle Kesselman is not "MISS Kesselman" , she is DR. Kesselman, a physician and a Board Certified Psychiatrist who has no doubt previously encountered the aggressive arrogance of people like Mr. Garcia and the studious disrespect of people like Channel 9's infobabe.
